Porto
Porto is located in the North of Portugal, on the north bank of the river Douro. It’s the second largest city in the country, in an urban area with more than 1.3 million inhabitants. Four main bridges (Arrábida, Freixo, Luiz I and Infante) and two railway bridges (S. João and D. Maria – this one, considered an historical monument, is no longer operational) make it possible to cross the river to the other bank (Vila Nova de Gaia).
Porto is a city characterised for its granite, which makes it a city “with character”. Its climate is temperate, though quite damp.
Classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Porto also stands out for its unique gastronomy and hospitality of its people.
Douro
Douro Valley has one of the most stunning landscapes in the world, rich for its sinuous terracing, a place where man overcame the land slopes to plant vines. Today this region is considered a World Heritage Site. Our tour introduces you the Douro Valley through some of its most beautiful landscapes.

- You can manage stop times and visit only what you want to see from the proposed itinerary, being able to eliminate visit items to visit others with more time or increase lunch time, not exceeding the 10 hours foreseen to carry out the entire tour.
- Booking, choosing and paying for the hotel to stay in Porto will be the responsibility of the customer. The reservation must be completed on the day prior to the tour date and informed via email or Whatsapp to Go and See Tour. Cost not included in the Tour price.

- In the 8 people capacity vehicles, one of the seats has a smaller size than all the others.
- GO AND SEE is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle nor be liable for delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Reservations made by phone or e-mail will be only considered after proof of deposit. Until then it will be in a pre-reservation state that ends 24h prior of tour.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour there will be not refund.
- All vehicles have air-conditionning.
- Free pick-up / drop off in your hotel or appartment at Lisbon.
- All insurances are in accordance with portuguese law.
- All tours depend on avaliability and minimum 4 people (except for private tours).
- Clients usually have free time to visit the sites and monuments.
- Meals and entrances in monuments not included.
- GO AND SEE is closed on January 1 and December 24 and 25.

- - 80€ per additional person will be charged at the price of the two people on the tour.
- - Children up to 6 years old - Free.
- - From 6 to 12 years old - 50% of tour additional person price.
